For this gal, my Keystone Heights High School rep, we ventured into beautiful Gainesville! I love shooting in Gainesville, where the Kanapha Gardens were waiting. If you’ve never been to the incredible gardens, you have to check them out! It features the state’s largest display of bamboo, as well as a massive herb garden, among other fascinating things to look at. I love the giant, Victoria waterlilies, as well as all the greenery that the gardens have for my photography clients. There were almost too many spots to shoot in, but Allyson chose perfect outfits to complement the colors and scenery.
Allyson is an accomplished competitive cheerleader, and spends time volunteering in her community and in her church. She says she would describe herself as outgoing and trendy, adding that her favorite outfit would be “something preppy like dresses”, especially in her favorite color, pink! In her spare time, she enjoys shopping at places like Altar’D State, watching movies, and reading Teen Vogue.
I love to stick my clients in flowers, bushes and trees for that perfect picture, like above and below, I chose to get in the trees and frame Allyson with the leaves. I love both looks, especially with her bold cobalt top!
After our time in Kanapaha Gardens, we came back to Allyson’s house to showcase all it’s natural beauty. Allyson and her family are so lucky to live on Lake Santa Fe and be blessed daily with these gorgeous sunsets, and it was fun to capture a personal location for her.
