To say that I was excited to photograph this young lady this year is an understatement. Rebecca is quite the young lady, Spitfire comes to mind. I had to look up this term to make sure I was accurate in my southern description of Rebecca. Spitfire -Someone that’s wild & free, & that can say what he/she wants to say without a care in the world. I think it’s fitting.:-) Rebecca has a love for life, family, and her friends. I had a wonderful day with Rebecca, her mother, and her sister and I even managed to lose my camera bag and find during her session. Luckily for me Rebecca choose local locations for her senior session.
Rebecca is a graduate of Keystone Heights High School class of 2017. While in school, this past year she filled her calendar with several school activities including Senior girls president, FFA, track, field, flag football, and captain of the varsity girls soccer team. When not participating in school activities you can most likely find Rebecca out on the boat, jet skis, going muddin, or even riding motorcycles with her family. For Rebecca’s session we managed to choose locations that complimented her amazing outfits and also allowed her personality to shine through. Now I always get excited when my clients want to incorporate any hobbies or passions into their session and yes I was super excited to photograph Rebecca with her Harley. Yes a first for me and with the except of getting yelled at that we were being to loud it was AWESOME!…..and completely worth getting yelled at.
I always ask my seniors about their personal hero. Rebecca replied, “Someone I look up to or my heroes are my parents. The reason why I look up to them is because my mom is a strong hard-working independent woman and I pray I can be half the woman that she is one day and my dad is a man of steel he prospers protect and provide for my family and I pray I find a man one day like him to have in my life.”
Rebecca I have no doubt you will make your parents proud!
