All the perfect sunlight, pretty jewel tones and of course, the lovely starring senior, made me positively giddy! I love this session so much, and had a great time with Courtney. Courtney is a senior at Interlachen High School, and had a wonderful laid-back personality. “I’ve always admired your work”, she explained, “When the opportunity came up for me to have my senior photos done by you, I knew I had to take it!” Courtney really wanted to steer clear of awkward poses and too much retouching, but she is so naturally beautiful, I wouldn’t have needed those things anyways! She wanted a classic style with just a few “glam” shots, and we found a whole variety of locations, from tunnels to bricks, that worked in tandem with her perfect outfits. Her statement necklaces added so much to her polished ensembles…never underestimate the power of a great accessory (find a similar necklace here and here)!

At Interlachen, she is involved in student government, as well as yearbook. In her free time, she enjoys practicing graphic design, and creating entertainment content. After her graduation, she will be attending Trident Technical College to complete her Associate’s Degree, and to become a certified Paralegal, and then will continue her education with a double major in Public Administration and Communications. I love every single senior session I get to be a part of, and I love being part of the journey of senior year…it is truly an irreplaceable time that deserves documentation!
