Did you know that I also photograph teens? That smile, that laugh–they are contagious. What a fun sweet 16 session out in the country with Miss Mallory and her momma. Mallory is a young lady I have had the pleasure of watching grow into a beautiful young lady. Mallory is the definition of girl next door, you can find her anywhere from out in the pen with her pig, playing volleyball for KHHS, at church with her youth group, on the water with her family, or just hanging with friends. Anyone who knows Mallory knows she is the girl who would stop everything to help a friend in need.
For Mallory’s session, we wanted to make sure we got a little peek at her country side at a friend’s old barn. Then, we decided to go to the beautiful and historic Micanopy, FL. Micanopy is a quaint little town that offers a lot of charm and many different looks.
Teen portraits have been a wonderful addition to my business. All too often, we as parents forget the milestone of turning 16, which is a huge deal–the beginning of one’s independence and the first steps entering adulthood. It’s another moment that should not go by without being captured and celebrated.
