Destination: St. Augustine, Fl. St. Augustine is one of my most requested locations for senior pictures and you can imagine why. The old buildings, amazing textures, gorgeous photo ops are plentiful, did I mention the beach is close by? Charli was my last senior for 2019 and boy did we go out with a bang. Charli graduated from union County High School in the class of 2019. I absolutely love all the ideas Charli had for her session. It was the perfect mix of soft and funky to show off her style. One of the things Charli requested was a newspaper stand, do they even make those anymore? Luckily, St. Augustine came through for us!

We started our day out at Adventure Landing in St. Augustine for a fun arcade feel for her session. We got play some games and take some fun pictures. Next we headed downtown. One of my most favorite spots in St. Augustine to take senior pictures is down on St. George’s Street.  St. George’s Street is right down in the middle of all the activity. You have the fort, all the fun shops and restaurants, the welcome center, the marina, and yes the parking garage! After we accomplished all the looks we wanted from downtown we moved on to the beach.

Charli wanted to get pictures in my pink parachute dress, it is absolutely stunning and a popular choice out at the beach. When the parachute gets caught in the wind, the girls look like a butterfly. We also were able to get a couple more casual outfits on the boardwalk and out on the gorgeous rocks located at Marineland Beach. The gorgeous rocky terrain is just one of the many reasons this is the beach I photograph at most.

I am so thankful and blessed that Charli and her family choose me to capture her senior pictures! Charli is a smart beautiful young lady and I can’t wait to see what her future holds. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with their family again!
